Good day GCGLs! There will be no classes on August 20-21, 2018 because of the worldwide celebration of Eid al-Adha(Feast of the Sacrifice). Eid al-Adha celebrates the faith of Ibrahim (Abraham) when he obeyed the Lord's command to sacrifice his son, Ismael. Some argues that the son was Isaac, which shares our Christian view of the Bible.

Classes will resume on August 22, 2018.

Traditionally, an animal gets sacrificed, representing the animal that got sacrificed instead of the son of Abraham.
