You might wonder why some of the dates of the announcements do not follow the posted date. It will be because this is a newly generated website of USI, and the archives were just moved from the old one.

Araw ng Kagitingan, also known as Bataan Day or Day of Valor, is a public holiday meant to remember the brave people who at the Fall of Bataan during World War II.

As the event happened at 9 April 1942, Union School International is celebrating this holiday this year, at 9 April 2019. Let us have our moments of silence to recognize the courage of the people on this day.
